Discount Policy

1. If your purchase RM100– 299 (Before discount), 5% discount will be given.
2. If you purchase RM300 and above (before discount), 10% discount will be given.
3. If you are interested in group purchase, kindly contact us for further information.

After Sales Service

1. If you are not satisfied with the rubber stamp we sent you because of mistake we made, kindly return the rubber stamp to us within (7) days (inspection period), otherwise, all returned goods will not be entertained.  Thank you for your co-operation！
2. All rubber stamp is created with reference to the wordings stated and/or sent to us (by Order form, telephone Order and by email).  If mistakes are done by the seller, all cost incidental incurred in rectifying of the rubber stamp will be beared by the seller.  If mistakes are done by the buyer, the buyer will have to submit another order.

• We adivce you to order using email, SMS, MSN, or with our Online order form. This method ensures the correctness of your details and can speed up our processing.
• The fonts will be smaller if your have a lot of wordings and details. We advice you to refer to our "Stampe Type" page to determine how much information can fit into a particular type of stamp.
• Our experts will arrange the graphics and wordings on the stamps for the best result. If you have a special request, please note it in the 'remark' column.
• When filling in the order form, please ensure that you include a working mobile or home phone number so that we will be able to contact you should there is any confusion. We are not responsible for any wrong orders if you do not provie a contact number.
• If you have insufficient order forms, handcopy orders are accepted. You can also download MS Word and Excel format order form from this website.
• Due to the unique orders for each stamp, we will only start processing your order when payment is recieved.

Ordering Steps

As long as you follow the style of our order form, we will accept hand copy, photocopy, Word, Excel, or Outlook order forms. Following the 1-4 steps when filling in your oder form, and choose any of the following payment methods.

1. If you choose to send us the payment by Kiriman Wang，Wang Pos or Cheque, kindly make it payable to 'CREATIVE STAMP TRADING' and post it to address as below along with your order form

How to Differentiate the Quality of Stamps

Not all stamps in the market are created equal. There are 4mm and 7mm rubbers. Our company use the higher quality 7mm imported stamps that can absorb more ink and retain its sharp over time. We can gurantee that the stamps can be used more tahn 5000 times. As for ink, our company provides imported Japanese oil based ink that does not smear, it is of superior quality and ensures a clear and good result. The low quality inks are up to 4 times cheaper, hence you will find that some merchants will use it to offer a slightly cheaper price. This is not easy for consumers to detect.
